Orders should ideally be placed within an hour of each other to ensure they are packed together.
HOW TO SHOP via this website:
- Select your item/s... if you have any comments, write in the space provided, then press: Add item to cart
- If you wish to increase the quantity, change the quantity amount and press update.
- If you wish to continue shopping - or if finished, add a promotion code (if you have one) and update - then press Checkout
- Enter the shipping information - name, email, address, phone.
- Either tick "billing information - same as Shipping information" or enter new billing information
- tick the field that says "I have read and agreed to the privacy policy then press Next Step
- Select the shipping option FREE post (within Australia) or To Be ADVISED if ordering from New Zealand
- enter credit card details at the bottom of the next page and press Charge my credit card or select PAYPAL and follow instructions to pay via your PayPal account
An automated receipt will be sent to you, with the details you have entered.
Please note: credit card payments are processed manually... not automatically by this system.

Refunds:
All Ahava products are hypo-allergenic, and in all the years I've sold the products, no-one has ever had a reaction. But, if you do react, you can get a refund upon returning the product (postage at your expense). We will require details of your reaction, skin condition and other products that you use - so that the product, and your report can be sent to Israel for examination at the Dead Sea Laboratories.
If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, you can exchange - so long as the product has not been opened, and you return the product (postage at your expense).
