Jodie Daniel

Jodie Daniel obtained her Associate Diploma in Health Science (Beauty Therapy) in 1985, and opened her beauty salon, Beauty in Style the same year.

Growing the salon from a one-woman operation, to two salons, employing up to 6 staff, Jodie sold the salon in November 2007 to pursue her online dreams, creating the website:  www.deadsea.com.au

Having sold the Ahava products in her salons, Jodie wanted to keep the association with this wonderful skin care range, and has been recognised as the only authorised online stockist of Ahava beauty products.

Prior to her beauty therapy career, Jodie was climbing the ranks in the financial industry!  In 1985 Jodie got a 2 week temporary position at the NSW Treasury Corporation - that lasted 1 year!  From there, she worked in the treasury operations department at National Australia Bank in Melbourne for three years.  The experience she gained from these two positions led to her desire to work in the UK.

Three years employment in London - working for JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and National Australia Bank UK, in their treasury departments (options and futures). 

It was her desire to be self employed that led to her career change into beauty therapy.  Taking a year off work to study full time at Elly Lukas Beauty College.

Born in Melbourne, and now residing here.... Jodie has traveled extensively, to more then 25 countries.  

Jodie is married (to an Israeli) with three young children.
Her interests include travelling the world, and home renovation.
She volunteers on a not-for-profit child care committee.

Jodie recently won the Australasian award  from the Hot Momma's Project in the USA.
