How to purchase a Gift Voucher:
- choose the amount you would like to purchase
- if it's not one of the amounts above, you can select the chosen amount. Say you wanted a $70 voucher... you could select the $10 voucher, and change the amount to 7 - so that would equal $70.
- If you want a voucher for a specific product/s - please email or phone to arrange this (details below).
- The voucher can be sent to the purchaser or the recipient. Please select before proceeding through to checkout.
- Before you press "add item to cart" please write the name of the recipient, and who it is from (as many names as you wish) in the box above the cart button. You can put any other comments in here too. For example... if you wanted the voucher sent on a particular date... or further comments written on the voucher or envelope.
- Press "add item to cart" and proceed through to checkout.
- ensure you put your suburb, 2 or 3 letter state code, postcode and select Australia as the country.
- At the next page... select Gift Voucher in the shipping area. (note: there is no charge to send gift vouchers).
- At checkout you fill out the shipping details first (name & address of where you want the voucher sent). If this is YOUR address... then press "copy shipping info". If the shipping address is the gift voucher recipient... then put your details in the billing area.
- tick the privacy policy box and proceed to next page.
- go to bottom and fill out credit card details.

How to redeem a Gift Voucher:
You do not have to use your entire voucher in one transaction... If you have a $100 voucher, and you want to purchase something for $40 plus $4 postage... your voucher balance will be adjusted to $56 after processing. BUT... as this system does not allocate vouchers towards freight costs... you will be required to put your credit card details in at the end (for freight) - but your card will NOT be charged. Alternatively, you can just email or phone and process the transaction.
You can use your gift voucher to pay for frieght costs... but this system does not allocate the voucher towards the freight costs. If your purchase is less then the face value of your gift voucher - it is best to email your order to info@deadsea.com.au with details of your name, address, voucher number, contact phone number and desired products.
Alternatively, you can phone 1800 226 409 to arrange it over the phone.
If your desired purchases are more then your voucher - then follow the procedures below - and take into account that freight costs (details below) will need to be added at the end. This system requires credit card payment (visa or mastercard) to process. If you wish to pay additional funds by bank deposit or cheque - please email or phone (details above).
redemption procedure:
- When you receive a gift voucher there will be a code number on the voucher. This code must be used to redeem the voucher at 'checkout'.
- You select the item/s you wish to purchase, and proceed through to checkout. In the summary of your Shopping Cart there is a section called "Coupon Code". This is where you insert your Gift Voucher number. The total will be adjusted.
- Take into account that shipping needs to be allocated as well, and this will be added at the end... and will require a credit card to process the order. If you do not have a credit card, or would prefer... just email or phone the details through to us.
Freight costs (within Australia only):
1 small item = $ 4
1-3 items (up to 500grams) = $ 7.50
anything up to 3 kilos = $ 10.50
within Melbourne - up to 20kg = $ 7
